Characteristics and structure of automatic flow balance valve and differential pressure control valve:

  1. The automatic flow balance valve shall have the following functions:

  1. In the prescribed range of control pressure difference (such as 14 kPa-220 kPa or 35 kPa-410 kPa), the flow rate is constant by automatically adjusting the flow area of the valve.

  2. There should be two pressure measuring ports to measure pressure and temperature.

  2. The structure of the automatic flow balance valve shall meet the following requirements:

  1. The gallbladder of the automatic flow balance valve is designed with large through holes on the end and variable curved holes on both sides. It provides large flow area and small flow resistance under given pressure difference.

  2. The valve body above DN65 shall be connected by flange-to-clamp connection, and the valve body shall be equipped with fishing hooks and drainage holes.

  3. There are machined threads on the valve gallbladder to adjust the initial installation position of the spring without using gaskets to adjust.

  4. Some flow rate labeling and pressure difference range of valve gallbladder.
