　　F5 Elastic Seal Valve with German Standard

　　F4/F5 Elastic Seal Gate Valve This soft seal gate valve uses a cavity-free structure. The inner and outer surfaces of the valve body cover are sprayed with epoxy resin, and the surface of the gate plate is coated with rubber, which fundamentally raises the possibility of corrosion. The "O" seal ring is adopted instead of packing in the stem seal, which makes the seal reliable.

　　Design:

　　Integral bonnet, concealed rod design, compact structure;

　　Stem nut and gate are two-body structure, no blocking phenomenon occurs.

　　Straight passage without detention concave cavity;

　　Stem seal adopts O-ring.

　　Good corrosion resistance:

　　Epoxy resin is sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces of the shell.

　　Connecting bolt adopts inner hexagonal bolt and top wax seal.

　　Reliable hygiene:

　　Epoxy resin meets the hygienic standard GB/T 17219-1998.

　　The whole gate is covered with rubber conforming to hygienic inspection.

　　Stem, stem nut and other parts are made of stainless steel or bronze which are not corroded by water.
